Questions and answers

Where can I park at Cala Agulla and when should I arrive?

The car park is behind the bay and is paid. In season arrive in the morning, because the beach gets very busy.

Can I get to Cala Agulla by TIB bus?

Yes. Line 411 terminates here, and from Cala Ratjada it is a few minutes' ride. Buses run roughly hourly in season; check the current timetable at tib.org.

Is Cala Agulla good for children?

The sand slopes gently (de.wikipedia), and there are Red Cross lifeguards nearby. Spain.info does note moderate waves, though, so check conditions when it is windy.

Is Cala Agulla crowded in summer?

Yes, spain.info describes visitor numbers as high. The beach is only about 50 m wide, so around midday space for a towel runs out quickly.

What facilities does Cala Agulla have?

Toilets and showers (spain.info), umbrella and sunbed hire, water sports equipment, two bars and a restaurant, and a Red Cross post (de.wikipedia).
